This means, we order and create items especially to order. Because of this, we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind purchases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your received item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email photographs, a description of your concern with your purchase order details. You can contact us at og@shespollyevans.com.
Faulty Items
Should your item be faulty, we reserve the right to repair and replace before we refund.
To start a return enquiry, you can contact us at og@shespollyevans.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Should your return be approved for refund, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a period of commercial days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
